Lead Product Manager

The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for end-to-end product management of a fast-growing, evolving set of clinical and hospital products. The ideal candidate will have significant PBM experience (5+ years) and thrive in high growth environments. Essential job responsibilities include : defining and communicating product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals, leading end-to-end product lifecycle : ideation, requirements, design, development, launch, and ongoing optimization, partnering with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products on time, using data-driven insights to inform product decisions and measure success, serving as the voice of the customer, ensuring solutions solve real problems and deliver excellent user experience, managing stakeholder communication and ensuring alignment across executive, business, and technical teams, and monitoring product performance, defining KPIs, and continuously iterating to improve adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

Preferred skills / experience include : preference for MBA, MPH or similar advanced degree, preference for Certified Product Manager (CPM) or similar certification, and preference for 340B program knowledge.

Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
