Technical Test Lead

Job description Infosys is seeking a Technical Test Lead.As an Automation Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. This position may require travel in the US and Canada.At least 4 years of software testing experience.Strong understanding of testing processes and testing life cycle.Excellent coordination and communication skills Preferred Qualification : Demonstrated experience programming with Java, C#, SQL and shell scripting languages such as PowerShell and BashDemonstrated experience testing Rest APIs and Web UI automated testingDemonstrated experience testing cloud-based, distributed systemsTalend experience strongly desiredExpert ability to translate business requirements into technical testing solutions.Detail-orientated with excellent written and verbal communication.Solid understanding of development technologies, e.g. C#, HTML5, JavaScript, REST, AngularJS, Python.Experience in Micro Services, Web services testing using SOAP and REST based service and XML, JSON.Experience with CI / CD tools such as TeamCity, GitHub and other relevant tools.Hands-on experience in developing, maintaining and supporting automated test suites. Extensive exposure to testing tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Gradle, Jenkins, REST AssuredFamiliarity with Jenkins, Git, Confluence, JIRA, Docker, ELK stack, DynatraceStrong experience with database testing (Oracle, SQL / NoSQL).Knowledgeable in one or more CRD functional areas strongly desiredA minimum of 3 years working with an Agile development methodology strongly desiredStrong critical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skillsCommunication and Collaboration SkillsProgramming, automation tools, and a strong understanding of QA methodologies.
