job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExecute rigorous, standards-aligned lesson plans with an end goal of ensuring scholars perform at or above grade level Analyze data frequently and collaboratively as a means of finetuning instruction to meet scholar needs Build positive relationships with scholars grounded in respect,responsibility, integrity, perseverance, empowerment, and enthusiasm Teach and maintain school-wide procedures and systems Participate in on-going professional learning and development through one-on-one weekly check-ins and staff professional development Communicate productively with scholars, families, and colleagues to ensure the best possible learning environment for scholars Take ownership of academic results and work to continuously improve them Actively participate in three-week summer professional development in preparation for the upcoming school year Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university Structured English Immersion endorsement IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous experience teaching in urban schools preferred, but not required Spanish proficiency preferred, but not required
