Must be a Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physician.ACLS, BLS, PALS, and ATLS Certifications are required.Must have 12 months of experience in the specialty.Will wait for the right physician to obtain a Wisconsin license.Credentialing Requirements
