Strong understanding of infrastructure fundamentals (servers, networks, databases). Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high velocity and shifting priorities. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word. Background in Business Analysis (BA), especially supporting infrastructure projects. PMP certification or working toward certification. Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
We’re seeking a motivated Associate Project Manager with a strong project management mindset and foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure. This role involves managing multiple small-scale infrastructure projects end-to-end, each with concise scope and fast-paced timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 10–15 concurrent infrastructure projects, each lasting 3–4 months.
- Oversee full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution and closure.
- Coordinate across multiple infrastructure domains including :
- Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Windows and RHEL environments
- Data center migrations
- General system migrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including up to 300 application stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate effective communication among project teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure change management and documentation standards are upheld.
