A company is looking for a Director of Observability Architecture. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and coach a diverse team of managers and Observability Architects Guide the team to be a trusted partner for customers in adopting and scaling the platform Drive operational excellence to enhance customer consumption, retention, and expansion Required Qualifications 3+ years leading a post-sales technical organization and 5+ years in the high-tech industry Direct technical experience in observability or a closely related field Experience mentoring, developing people, and managing performance Deep operational expertise in observability, monitoring, and data / visualization products Experience in Open Source or Cloud first / Product lifecycle management is a plus
