Position Overview

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 15-week travel assignment in Warwick, New York . This role requires a pharmacist with specialized experience in preparing chemotherapy medications while ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

Safely prepare and compound chemotherapy medications in compliance with USP

and

guidelines

Accurately prepare and dispense medications as ordered by physicians

Ensure safe handling of hazardous drugs and maintain proper documentation

Collaborate with nurses, oncologists, and the healthcare team to support patient care

Provide medication expertise and counseling as needed

Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications

Active New York State Pharmacist license required

Experience in compounding chemotherapy medications required

Prior hospital or oncology pharmacy experience preferred

Knowledge of USP

standards

Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Assignment Details

Shift : 6 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM

Schedule : Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)

Length : 15 weeks
