Registered Land Surveyor PM

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Registered Land Surveyor PM position include :

• Professional Land Surveyor (RLS) license in Arizona or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience managing land surveying projects, ideally in civil / commercial sectors.
• Strong client relationship-building skills; business development a plus.
• Lead and manage commercial / residential surveying projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate field and design teams; manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Oversee quality control, documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain client communications and handle invoicing, WIP tracking, and A / R follow-up.

Salary : $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
