• Make an impact : Partner with leaders across our Care Delivery organization to build strong, mission-aligned teams that provide exceptional care.
• Enable scale : Design and implement people systems that support a distributed, licensed clinical workforce operating across multiple states.
• Feel valued : Serve as a trusted advisor to clinical and operational leaders, helping them navigate complexity, develop their teams, and strengthen culture.

As Hazel's People Business Partner to our Growth and G&A functions, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders across Enterprise GTM, Marketing, Corporate Development and Strategy, Finance, and Legal. You'll play a critical role in helping these functions scale with clarity, speed, and performance - driving org design, performance management, manager effectiveness, team health, and talent planning. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $145,000 - $170,000, a 401k match, healthcare coverage, paid time off, stock options, and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
