Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You dont need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that youll need to be successful!

Is this a commission-only position?

Absolutely not! Our compensation plan is unmatched in the marketplace. We offer a starting hourly and then graduate you to a base salary with commission and attractive bonus opportunities.

What can I reasonably expect to make in the first year?

If you follow our sales process, at the very least you can expect to make $40-60,000 in your first year with your base salary, commission, and bonuses.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities for the Insurance Sales Representative :

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirement

Qualifications for the Insurance Sales Representative :

Sales experience or a client-facing background is a preferred

Proven track record of winning

Excellent communication skills : written, verbal, and listening

Intrinsically driven to be successful

P&C Insurance license for the States of OR and WA required after two weeks of employment
