This pivotal role ensures seamless integration across Sales Engineering Service Warranty Operations and Productiondelivering organizational cohesion execution discipline and measurable business results. This position requires up to 50% travel to coordinate efforts across multiple facilities and business units.

• Integration Leadership : Champion cross-company collaboration and alignment ensuring consistent execution across all departments.
• KPI Ownership : Establish track and report key performance indicators to measure integration success and operational performance.
• Cross-Functional Coordination : Facilitate strong communication and accountability across sales engineering operations and service functions.
• Execution Oversight : Lead structured implementation of initiatives ensuring timelines budgets and objectives are achieved.
• Process Alignment : Identify gaps and harmonize processes workflows and reporting across both organizations.
• Change Management : Drive adoption of new systems practices and behaviors necessary for seamless integration.
• Executive Reporting : Provide regular updates metrics and recommendations to executive leadership on progress and outcomes.
