Planning Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Planning to lead their planning strategy across demand, supply, deployment, and production. Key Responsibilities Lead planning strategy to drive forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency Build and develop a high-performing planning team, providing training and performance feedback Oversee the development and continuous improvement of planning processes, systems, and tools Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field; Master's degree preferred 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning or related roles within the CPG or food industry Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams Deep understanding of S&OP processes and supply chain optimization Experience with ERP and advanced planning systems (SAP preferred)
