CALIBRE is an employee-owned, mission-focused solutions and digital transformation company. , is seeking a full-time Statistician to provide Human Resources Management System (HRMS) support to the US Army National Guard (USARNG) G-1 by conducting financial analysis of significant, high-risk programs including Marketing, Recruiting, Initial Entry Training, Active Guard Reserve (AGR), and Inactive Duty Training using statistical analysis on commitment, obligation, and disbursement data from USARNG fiscal management systems. The HRMS support program plans, coordinates, and provides analysis for Human Resources Management (HRM), Human Resource Retention (HRR), and Human Resource Administration (HRA) Support Services to ensure required continuous capabilities are consistent with established standards, goals, objectives, and available resources.
Required Skills
Develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to provide usable information.
Conduct statistical activities to ensure timeliness and quality of analysis data and statistical outputs.
Forecast statistical deliverables and represent the statistics function in support of directed studies.
Provide statistical input for the development of plans, projections, and support contract deliverables.
Provide accurate, statistically valid deliverables based on study protocols, statistical analysis plans for study reports, or regulatory submission documents.

Performs all functional duties independently.
Oversee the efforts of less senior staff and / or be responsible for the efforts of all staff assigned to a specific job.
Ability to travel within the Continental United States
Possess a favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries
Required Experience
Minimum of five years of experience
Possess a thorough knowledge of the Army Organizational structure, mission objectives, function, procedures, regulations, and policy pertaining to the Department of the Army.
Required Education : MA / MS degree
May specialize in fields such as economic statistics.
