We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Collections and Credit Specialist with a strong background in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the credit and collections process, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate creditworthiness of potential and existing customers.
Establish and monitor credit limits and terms.
Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue invoices.
Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve payment issues.
Maintain accurate records of collections and credit activities.
Prepare reports on credit and collections performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in collections and credit management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
Strong understanding of financial statements and credit analysis.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Pay Details : $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
