Unlock Health is seeking a strategic and collaborative Manager, Managed Care Consulting to lead client engagements focused on managed care strategy, payor negotiations, and healthcare revenue optimization. This role requires a balance of consulting capabilities, client management, and communications expertise to drive measurable results for hospitals, health systems, and physician groups navigating complex payor environments. As a Manager, you will lead projects developing and executing managed care strategies including financial benchmarking, negotiation strategy, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagements that strengthen client positions.

What You'll Do :

• Managed Care Consulting

Provide strategic insight and recommendations on contract negotiation positioning, payor mix, rate benchmarking, operational efficiencies, and network strategy.

Serve as manager for managed care clients, overseeing strategic consulting engagements and ensuring high-quality deliverables across all workstreams.

Lead the creation of strategic communication plans supporting managed care negotiations, issues management, and stakeholder engagement.

Develop junior team members, providing feedback and professional growth opportunities.

Stay ahead of healthcare industry trends, including reimbursement policy, payor performance, and regulatory changes impacting provider-payor dynamics.
