Key Responsibilities :

• Interview Coordination : Organize and schedule interviews between candidates, senior recruiters and hiring managers, making sure everything runs smoothly.
• Research : Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights to the recruitment team.
• Educational Events : Help plan and host educational events like workshops and webinars to engage and inform our community.
• Social Media Engagement : Assist with managing our social media accounts by creating and sharing engaging content, promoting job openings, and interacting with our audience.
