As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our self-storage facility, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for tenants and prospective customers. This role combines customer engagement, operational support, and light property maintenance to uphold our commitment to safety, cleanliness, and exceptional service.
This is Tuesday-Saturday 8 : 30am-5 : 00PM
Requirements :
Customer Interaction & Sales
- Greet and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via email
- Conduct property tours and explain unit sizes, pricing, and lease terms
- Prepare rental agreements and manage account setup and closures
- Upsell storage-related products and services (e.g., locks, boxes, insurance)
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues professionally
Office Administration
Maintain accurate records using facility management softwareProcess payments, reconcile cash drawers, and generate daily reportsEnsure the office is clean, organized, and welcomingHandle data entry, filing, and general correspondenceProperty Maintenance
Perform daily walk-throughs and lock checks for securityClean vacant units and ensure they are rent-readyRemove trash, sweep hallways, and maintain landscapingReport and assist with minor repairs or maintenance needs
