Summary :

The Employee Health Case Manager primary role is to facilitate appropriate and timely health care with the focus on safe employee return-to-work and the return to maximum functionality. The Employee Health Case Manager-RN conducts investigations for reported injury / illness cases. This is accomplished by providing the communication coordination and education required to optimize outcomes across the continuum of health disability workers compensation and disease management.

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

Education :

• 5 years RN experience required.
• 5 years adult experience preferred.
• Occupational Health or Case Management experience preferred.
• Workers Compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word and Excel
