Required Qualifications :

Unrestricted licensure in Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start.

Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start.

Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start.

The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment, with compensation determined by experience and performance metrics. Our organization complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility requirements.
