Position Overview

We are hiring a licensed Branch 3 Termite Inspector for the Sacramento and Solano County area.

This position is ideal for experienced inspectors who want a high volume of quality leads, full administrative and repair support, and clear pathways for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations
• Generate clear, accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners
• Communicate findings professionally with clients, agents, and internal teams
• Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity

Requirements

Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required)
