LHH Recruiting is assisting our client in Albuquerque, NM to hire on a contract to hire basis a Consumer Collector to join their team. As a Consumer Collector your work directly supports their mission to serve members with integrity, empathy, and excellence.

Job Duties :

• Monitor and manage delinquent and problem accounts, ensuring timely and compliant collection actions.
• Initiate and oversee the repossession process, update accounts, and complete checklist items as needed.
• Post delinquent payments and process GAP Insurance Claims accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve negative shares, courtesy pay charge-offs, and support the fresh start program.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all collection activities, including phone calls, financial arrangements, and correspondence.
• Collaborate with members, attorneys, vendors, and internal teams to resolve issues and support member needs.
• Ensure all actions align with credit union policies, legal standards, and service expectations.
• Support the Account Resolution Department and assist team members as needed.

Your qualifications should include :

Pay Details : $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
