Administrative Assistant
EPS Corporation is looking for an Administrative Assistant with a minimum of five (5) years' experience providing general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including general filing duties, receiving, and stocking of office supplies; facilitating meetings and preparing correspondence and reports. Administrative strengths must include exceptional multi-tasking abilities. Steadfast attendance and reliability are a must. Requirements include :
- Secret security clearance required.
- Normal work hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 am - 5 : 00 pm
- Greet and screen visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate people according to their needs.
- Create, maintain, and enter information into databases. Exceptional typing skills is a must.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports.
- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures.
- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions.
- Coordinate conferences, meetings, or special events, such as luncheons.
- Managing Time : Timekeeping : Verifying accuracy, tracking Labor Category changes, etc. Preferred Tools : Deltek Costpoint, or similar. Managing Paid Time Off, Military Leave, Bereavement, etc. Spreadsheet Data Entry : Approving timesheets, charge activity report, and entering time into Timecard Log and Delivery Orders.
- Coordinating Travel : Airline Reservations, Rental Car Reservations. Processing Travel and Expense Reports. Facilitating / Coordinating CONUS and OCONUS travel. As applicable : Preferred experience in processing contractor relocation center (CRC deployments). Experience with Travel Authorization Requests (TAR's) is preferred.
- Expense Reports : Create, review for accuracy and process expense reports.
- Preferred Tools : Deltek Costpoint. Process Per Diem. Entering and balancing T&E Summary and Delivery Orders.
- Office Access Control : Key Card Management (issuing, accessing, activation, etc.) Preferred Tools : General Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Talent Management
Education : High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate of Arts Degree preferred.
