Safety Coordinator – Corporate

Location : Green Bay, WI

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a Safety Coordinator to support safety initiatives across multiple plant locations in Wisconsin.

This is a corporate-level position that plays a key role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and team-oriented work environment. The focus is on Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) program management, employee training, documentation, and collaboration with HR, maintenance, and plant leadership to promote a strong safety culture.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and manage the company-wide Lockout / Tagout (LOTO) program
• Conduct employee training, annual LOTO audits, and update energy control procedures
• Partner with plant teams to ensure new and modified equipment meets safety standards
• Support incident reporting, workers' compensation claims, and safety follow-up
• Coordinate safety trainings, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance records are up to date
• Promote continuous improvement of safety systems across all facilities
