Position Overview
The Travel Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing outstanding customer support throughout the travel planning process. Youll assist clients with inquiries bookings and trip details while ensuring each experience is seamless and stress-free.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email and chat.
Assist clients with booking flights accommodations and travel packages.
Provide accurate information about destinations travel requirements and itineraries.
Handle customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely professional manner.
Communicate with travel suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain detailed client records and correspondence in the CRM system.
Support the sales team by promoting travel deals and upgrades when appropriate.
Stay informed about travel policies restrictions and industry updates.
Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service hospitality or the travel industry preferred.
