The posted compensation range of $18.38 - $25.28 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. What you'll do :

• Your role as a Patient Care Technician is crucial as you contribute to the assessment of the health status of our patients. Your observations and actions can have a significant impact on their well-being, making you an essential part of our healthcare team. Communicates pertinent patient information to appropriate members of the treatment team with the direction of the Charge Nurse
• Assist patients / families with light housekeeping duties such as assisting with meals or changing bed linens.
• Report any changes in a patient's condition to the Nurse.
