Partner with all members of the interdisciplinary team including the family, ensuring a constant flow of communication regarding the client's cares, changes in condition, developmental goals, etc. Provide support and education to clients and families to help them be successful. Build rapport and trust with clients, families or other caregivers, the office team, and peers to facilitate effective communication and build relationships. Complete timely charting through our electronic medical record system. Keep up to date with the client's plan of care, changes in conditions, physician's orders, family, or caregiver requests, etc. Advocate for the client and family to promote and support growth and development. Examples of some of our nursing cares include gastrostomy tubes, jejunostomy tubes, nasogastric tubes, PICCs, PORTs, tracheostomies, seizure disorders, etc. Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure, without restrictions Valid driver's license and proof of auto liability insurance coverage CPR certification required but may be obtained after hire COVID-19 vaccine compliance or an exemption will be offered Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds Models Universal Pediatrics' values : Integrity, Compassion, Adaptability, Responsibility and Excellence Manages multiple tasks and process information from multiple different sources Works and communicates professionally with clients, families and caregivers, physicians, peers, supervisors, and office team members Culturally sensitive; possess the ability to recognize individual differences to manage relationships and interactions with others Maintain confidentiality

- $2 shift differential for hours 7pm - 7am
