We believe in maintaining a safe, supportive environment which ensures the quality living of individuals receiving services. The Direct Care Staff member's primary duty is to provide the appropriate support tailored to the needs and desires of each individual to enable each to live as independently as possible. The DCS member is trained to recognize when an individual is in a crisis and be able to utilize the appropriate procedures to handle the situation in a professional and safe manner. Primary Responsibilities Assist, monitor, and teach individual(s) with preparation of daytime activities and encourage good personal hygiene and behavior appropriate in their home or apartment. grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation, and clean up. Available Shift :
- 6AM - 2PM / 2PM - Requires a valid driver's license 10PM / 10PM - 6AM - Driver license not required REQUIREMENTS : Some positions require valid CA Driver's License If driving is required : valid Insurance - with candidate listed as insured driver If driving is required : valid auto registration Vehicle in safe operating condition - Must pass vehicle inspection (includes windows) We also offer on-call opportunities to fit your current schedule.

- We assign our Direct Care Staff to provide services to our client's in their home.
- This is not a facility.
- You will only be working with one client.
