General Purpose

The Ross Construction Sr. Manager for Supply Chain Properties will be located at our Dublin Office and will report to the Construction Director of Ross Supply Chain Properties. This role will primarily support the construction planning, execution, and turnover of our Distribution Centers and Warehouse Facilities throughout the United States. The existing portfolio consists of over 20 million square feet in multiple locations with several high-profile projects and programs underway. The base salary range for this role is $121,000 - $198,700. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

Job requires ability to work in an office environment, primarily on a computer. Requires sitting, standing, walking, hearing, talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper / files, etc. Requires consistent timeliness and regular attendance. Vision requirements : Ability to see information in print and / or electronically. Requires ability to work on an active construction site. Walking and standing on various surfaces in various climates while wearing personal protection equipment. Travel required nationally for a minimum of 50% and up to 75% of the time. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and / or feedback. However, this role can perform duties effectively using a combination of in-office and remote work.
