Job Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse provides holistic healthcare and education to clients in order to promote physical and mental health and well-being. The LPN works in collaboration with other clinical and non-clinical staff to provide appropriate clinical interventions and treatment.

The LPN will, under the supervision of an RN, provide nursing care to clients as outlined in section 2 of the "Practical Nurse Law."

Qualifications :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Graduate of Accredited School of Practical Nursing and current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania PN License required.

One year nursing experience preferred.

The candidate must pass the criminal record history clearance and a child abuse clearance as well as possess a valid driver's license.

SCM certification, observer status required. SCM Level 1 or 2, strongly preferred. CPR / First Aid certification required. (Certification will be obtained at KidsPeace during orientation)

Must be able to work OT if necessary.
