As a Behavioral Crisis Responder (BCR) you will provide timely and compassionate mental health support to individuals experiencing crises. This role is in partnership with the City of Minneapolis to provide culturally responsive crisis response services to members of the community. This role involves rapid response, crisis assessment, and collaboration with emergency services to ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in distress. The BCR program operates 24 / 7. You will report to the Behavioral Crisis Response Program Supervisor

This role is primarily community-based and works in all weather conditions. You will also be required to attend weekly staff meetings taking place either online or in the office.

Job Details

Location : Minneapolis, MN; primarily community-based with required attendance at weekly staff meetings taking place either online or in the office

Hourly pay range : $28.61 - $36.41 per hour. Starting pay will depend on your skills and demonstrated readiness for the role. Shift differentials are offered worked hours between 6 pm - 6 am; incentivized shifts for pick up are available from time to time.

We have the following shift available :

• FT Black Mid Shift : Wednesday - Saturday from 1 : 30 pm - 12 : 00am

Hold a bachelor's degree in a human service field with at least 2,000 hours of supervised practice in a mental health or related field.
