Responsibilities for the Call Center Customer Service Professional :
Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and / or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
