Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's

Would prefer candidates with previous Telecommunication Service

Must be able to work the three shifts : 730-330PM, 330PM-midnight, midnight to 8AM, MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ANY SHIFT, they will be assigned to a shift, they will start at the day shift for training, could be moved to a swing shift after

Targeted Years of Experience : 7-10 years

Responsibilities for the Call Center Customer Service Professional :

Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems

Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and / or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed

Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.

Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution

Qualifications for the Call Center Customer Service Professional :

  • previous call center experience
  • telecommunications previous experience is helpful
  • customer service skills
