Office Administrator

Job Description

DMJPS PLLC is actively seeking a talented, and qualified administrative professional to join our Durham, NC team. Administrative experience working in a public accounting firm is a plus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to supporting tax and audits, proofing MS Excel and Word.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Support tax processing and preparation
• Process, proof and assemble financial statements for clients
• Perform processing of audits for client distribution
• Maintain information for inspection and peer review
• Process mail for weigh, postage, distribution; pick up and / or deliver mail to the post office as needed
• Maintain and order office supplies inventory as needed
• Provide administrative support for professional firm members, including preparing and / or proofing correspondence and other documents for mailing or delivery to clients; copying, scanning, assist and provide back-up for other administrative firm members as requested and / or assigned.
• Supervise the office administrative staff
• Other duties as assigned
