The Role

Were looking for a Healthcare Data Analyst who thrives in a fast-moving startup, loves working with messy healthcare data, and gets things done. This is not a siloed analyst role; youll partner closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams to turn data into insights that directly shape how payers manage care. As Onos first data analyst, youll not only work hands?on with claims, clinical, and operational data to build analyses and dashboards, but also lay the foundation for our data analytics infrastructure. You will take the lead in building analyses and dashboards that uncover waste, identify care gaps, and generate insights that directly inform our product roadmap and drive continuous improvement.
