The Event Manager provides professional client services support in the planning, organization, and management of FCEC events within the (4) building complex. Monitors the logistics of these events, and all event coordination tasks after events are booked through the conclusion. The individual will perform the following duties personally or through subordinates :
Directly supervises the Event Services staff. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends & ASM Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferred.
Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of computer systems and related software applications, specifically Microsoft Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Preferred experience includes proficiency with facility-wide and / or order processing software such as Ungerboeck's, Venue Ops, Social Tables Event.
