Sr Business Intelligence Analyst, US Sales Operations

Primary Function of Position

The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst US Sales Operations plays a pivotal role at the intersection of advanced analytics and sales strategy. This professional is responsible for collecting analyzing and interpreting large volumes of sales and product data to optimize sales operations drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

The role requires both technical expertise in data science and a deep understanding of sales strategy and sales operations processes enabling the organization to maximize revenue opportunities and operational efficiency in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collect manipulate and transform sales product and customer data from multiple sources for analysis reporting and recommendations.
• Develop and implement statistical models (e.g. regression time series) and machine learning techniques to identify sales trends forecast performance and generate actionable business insights.
• Design build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into sales performance pipeline health and business KPIs for executive leadership and sales teams.
• Evaluate ingest and leverage third party data assets used to inform sales strategy and planning.
• Collaborate with finance and enterprise analytics to align projects with business objectives.
• Manage and enhance sales tools ensuring data quality integrity and effective utilization across the organization.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on accessing and interpreting analytical reports and dashboards.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management influencing sales strategy and operational decisions.
