About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, Healthcare Legal to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary healthcare attorney for the company's commercial functions, with a focus on advancing the mission to develop treatments for serious immunological diseases. This role requires extensive experience in providing legal advice to commercial teams, particularly during product launches, and the ability to influence marketing, market access, and sales strategies. The Executive Director will be responsible for a wide range of legal matters, including advising on discount and rebate strategies, government pricing, and interactions with payers, HCPs, and HCOs. They will also be involved in the review and negotiation of various commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with healthcare laws and regulations. Applicants must have a JD from an accredited law school, a minimum of 10-12 years' of directly relevant healthcare law experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, and a strong knowledge of U.S. and global healthcare laws and regulations. The role demands excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work independently and cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will have a desire to grow and learn, and the agility to adapt to new challenges. Legal leadership engagement, the ability to provide practical solutions to complex legal issues, and a commitment to the values of the company are essential.
