Open Columbus Dates :

ASAP - 11 / 28- Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 8 : 30am to 5 : 30 pm

The Family Medicine role :

• FM / Outpatient locum role - Employee Health clinic
• Ages of patients seen : 4 and older
• Comfortable with Occupational Health and Drug screening
• EMR- eClinicalWorks
