Position Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Systems Administrator to assist in managing and maintaining our IT systems and infrastructure. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals with foundational knowledge of IT systems who are eager to grow their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

System Maintenance and Support :

Monitor and maintain server and network health to ensure uptime and performance.

• Perform routine system updates patches and backups.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues promptly.

User Support :

Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software problems.

Network Administration :

Assist in monitoring and managing LAN WAN and wireless networks.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of IT assets configurations and processes.

IT Projects :

Collaborate with senior IT staff on infrastructure upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications :

Education and Experience :

Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Technical Skills :

Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows Linux or macOS).

Soft Skills :

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
