School Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time Or Part-Time | Kent, WA | 2025–2026 School Year

Ampersand Therapy, a women-led and therapist-founded company, is hiring a full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist (OT) for an in-person, school-based OT position in Kent, Washington for the rest of the 2025–2026 school year!

Position Details :

• Location : Kent, WA (in-person with a local public school district
• Schedule : Full-time or part-time hours, Monday–Friday, no weekends
• Start Date : ASAP or flexible based on candidate availability
• Caseload : K-12
• Services Provided :
• Direct occupational therapy services for school-aged students
• School-based evaluations, treatments, and IEP development
• Participation in IEP meetings with families and special education teams
• Documentation and progress reporting
• Collaboration with teachers, staff, and district leadership
