Job Description :

• ITIL processes (service requests, incident and problem management, change management, etc.). Actively develops and refines processes and procedures specific to functional responsibilities and contributes to the formulation of operational and tactical plans related to the functions he / she is responsible for.
• Develops, communicates, and coordinates deployment planning. Manages production implementation activities.
• Plans and coordinates environment changes and collaborates with application programmers during pre-production development and maintenance of applications to plan for production schedules regarding the Ingenium and Life70 Test Environment.
• Assists the Manager of Environment Scheduling & Mainframe Operations in managing and supporting technical vendor relations for the functions he / she is responsible for; assists with vendor identification and selection, contract negotiation, and statement of work (SOW) reviews.
• Performs other related duties as assigned / required, including but not limited to : o On-call responsibility for production batch cycle and multiple test regions
