The Oregon Military Department is a state agency that supports that supports and oversees the Oregon Youth Challenge Program. You are NOT required to be in the Oregon National Guard to be considered for this position.

The Oregon Military Department is recruiting for 2 Group Life Coordinator 2. These are full-time permanent state position located within The Oregon Youth ChallENge Program in Bend, Oregon.

This recruitment will remain open continuously until both positions are filled. The first list of candidates will be pulled on Wednesday October 16, 2025. This recruitment may close at any time after this date.

This position is classified as a Group Life Coordinator 2 however; we encourage candidates who meet the minimum qualifications of the Group Life Coordinator 1 to apply (Salary Range $3854.00 - $4841.00 monthly). We may underfill the position until the selected candidate fulfills the minimum qualifications for the Group Life Coordinator 2 Classification. Underfill will not exceed one (1) year from date of hire. (Please see underfill qualifications listed below).

If you are a night owl and like to work the night shift this is the job for you. This position has a schedule 10 : 00pm -6 : 00am.
