CFS Tax Software, Inc is looking for technicians to assist our customers over the phone with installing and maintaining our software products in a networked Windows environment. Typically this involves helping the customer download and install our programs. A typical days work might involve helping 10-30 callers. When calls are not busy, you may be asked to work on related tasks.

Candidates do not need to have prior experience with our software as training is provided, and only need good knowledge of networked Windows environments.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of networked Windows environments
  • Ability to communicate and provide instruction over the phone, often to tax professionals
  • Reliable and professional

Preferences

  • Full-time availability in January, our busiest month
  • Programming experience is a plus
