Job Description
The Stellantis Finance Student Program allows individuals to gain experience and exposure across the many different facets of a strategic enterprise. Within the program, students will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with people who work together as a team to continually think bigger and bolder.
Students will directly support one of our Corporate Finance divisions and gain industry experience, interface with various levels within Finance, and apply their coursework to drive results. The position provides students with an opportunity to work year-round in a part-time role. The program requires students to work 24 hours a week year-round with the potential to work 40 hours in the summer months.

Working in a dynamic environment where you will work collaboratively with other finance professionals to complete project assignments and day-to-day activities to support the finance department.
What you’ll do :
The Student Program employee will be assigned to one of the following functions :
- Supply Chain Finance
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Purchasing Finance
- Accounting
- World Class Finance
- Sales & Marketing Finance
- Customer Experience (CX) Finance
- Treasury
This position is responsible for :
Providing accounting or finance support to operating and finance teamsSupporting monthly close or forecast activities, as requiredMaintaining compliance with internal controls within the areaPerforming analysis, reporting and studies, as requiredAd hoc assignments as needed by teamContinuous process improvements and project managementWhat you’ll learn :

Basic Qualifications :
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline at an accredited university with a graduation date of April 2025 or laterAbility to work 24 hours year-roundPreferred Qualifications :
GPA of 3.0 or higher (based on a 4.0 scale)Previous internship or accounting / finance related work experienceGood working knowledge of accounting principles, methods and techniquesHigh proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and WordStrong written and verbal communication skillsMust exhibit strong leadership skillsStrong interest in the automotive industry and new technologiesAbility to work in a team environment
