Job Title : Manufacturing Planner / Scheduler

Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner / Scheduler to support our operations in Oceanside, CA. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in production planning, scheduling, and supply chain analytics, with proven experience using SAP S / 4HANA. This role will ensure seamless production scheduling, optimize material flow, and drive supply chain efficiency in alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and optimize detailed production schedules to meet demand and operational goals.
- Leverage SAP S / 4HANA for material requirements planning (MRP), capacity planning, and production execution.
- Perform supply chain analytics to identify risks, improve efficiency, and support decision-making.
- Partner with procurement, operations, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
- Monitor and adjust schedules to maintain inventory targets and production efficiency.
- Provide reporting and analysis on planning accuracy, KPIs, and overall supply chain performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in planning, scheduling, and supply chain processes.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2+ years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or scheduling within a manufacturing environment.Proficiency with SAP S / 4HANA is required; experience with OMP and Fiori is a plus.APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.Preferred Skills :
Experience with advanced planning and scheduling systems.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
