Preference Employment Solutions is recruiting for a licensed Crop Insurance Agent for an organization based in Fargo, North Dakota. Areas in northwestern Minnesota are also desired. Location : Fargo, North Dakota

Type of Position : Full Time Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Compensation : $70K - $120K+ DOE

Benefits : Benefit Package available with a Generous Retirement Plan, PTO, etc.

Position Overview :

Sales and service of crop insurance products to help customers manage operational risk

Complete all documentation ensuring adequate and complete coverage

Stay on top of industry trends

Increase knowledge of insurance products and services

Maintain relationships with current customers and establish new ones

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate :

Current ND and MN insurance license required (SD preferred in addition)

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business, agriculture, or a related field

Proven sales performance with strong knowledge in agriculture
