Jackson Therapy Partners' Junior Recruiter Program is a 612 month, structured development opportunity designed to build the foundation for a successful career in full-cycle recruitment. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn directly from top-performing recruiters, and play a vital role in connecting clinicians with life-changing assignments across the country.

What You'll Do :

• Source and engage clinicians using multiple platforms including internal databases, job boards, cold calling, social media, email, and text.
• Screen and qualify candidates' credentials, skills, and availability before passing them to senior recruiters.
• Match qualified clinicians to open positions and ensure accurate documentation in our database.
