High school diploma or equivalent and one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Description :

Customer Service Activities :

• Manage daily front desk operations, including answering and returning calls.
• Schedule patient appointments and obtain prior dental records as needed.
• Create or update patient electronic health records in Axium.
• Confirm patient appointments.
• Process referrals, including scanning, logging, and scheduling.
• Handle post-op documentation, including collecting notes from providers, scanning into patient charts, and submitting to referring offices.

Administrative and Academic Support Activities :

Other duties as assigned.

Expected Salary : $18.00 - $20.00
