ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and lounges.
  • Manage and replenish supplies including toiletries, towels, and other amenities.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from designated areas.
  • Report maintenance issues and damages promptly to ensure swift resolution.
  • Adhere strictly to hotel cleanliness, safety, and procedural standards.
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Maintain flexibility to accommodate varying work schedules and additional tasks as required.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

  • Proficient in various cleaning techniques including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and surface sanitization.
  • Knowledgeable in the use of cleaning products, tools, and equipment specific to hospitality settings.
  • Skilled in monitoring and managing inventory levels of supplies like toiletries and towels.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and hygiene standards to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Ability to identify and promptly report maintenance issues or damages for resolution.
  • Effective communication skills for professional guest interaction and responding to inquiries or requests.
  • Capable of working collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
