We are looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to join our team in Tomball, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will oversee the creation and submission of proposals for government-funded housing and disaster recovery projects. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a strong ability to write and edit content, and the capacity to manage multiple high-stakes bids simultaneously.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete proposal development process for government construction and disaster recovery projects.
• Analyze and interpret RFPs to identify and extract key requirements.
• Customize proposals using established templates, ensuring alignment with client needs and expectations.
• Coordinate and track multiple concurrent bids with meticulous attention to detail.
• Collaborate with various teams to gather accurate content and meet submission deadlines.
• Ensure all proposals meet quality standards and maintain consistency in format and tone.
• Support bids for both coastal and inland recovery projects, including hurricane and tornado-related initiatives.
• Work onsite with the team to ensure seamless communication and execution during peak periods.
• Develop strategies to improve proposal processes and enhance efficiency in submissions.
