job_description.job_card.job_descriptionCheck-in patients and escort them to exam rooms Triage visits and record vital signs Request and review patient records and imaging Ensure all visit documentation, referrals, and prescriptions are properly entered Call in prescriptions, dispense medications, and perform prior authorizations Conduct brain scope testing as ordered Review and update patient forms including PHQ-9 and Review of Systems Manage emails, voicemails, faxes, and open orders ensuring timely responses Scan and file all medication invoices and documentation Track sample medications for inventory Sanitize patient rooms and equipment regularly For procedure room roles : prepare consent forms and assist with injections, print and review prescriptions, and manage PDMP access. Handle administrative tasks such as faxing patient information and entering orders for braces or collars Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity for permanent employment after the contract period Collaborative team environment Professional growth within a well-supported clinic setting
